Regular exercise is what doctor’s advice to most of us. Exercise helps in strengthening muscles, cardiovascular systems, to enhance the immune system and for weight loss or increase. There are three types of exercises. They are Flexibility exercises, Aerobic exercises and anaerobic exercises. Flexibility exercises are stretching exercises and they are good for muscles and joints. Some of the aerobic exercises are running, cycling, rowing, hiking, and swimming which improve the cardiovascular stamina. Weight training, functional training is some of the anaerobic exercises. In general, exercising regularly helps in keeping the physique fit, maintaining correct weight and reducing the risk of many diseases.
